Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Every Uproar piece is printed for you, on demand, when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse with your name on it — it's made fresh. That shapes how returns work here, so here's exactly what we cover and how to claim it.
Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund, based on the nature of the issue.
To claim, within 5 days of delivery, email us at hello@uproarin.com with:
- an unboxing video of the package,
- clear photos of the product and the defect or issue,
- clear photos of the original packaging, and
- description of the issue
The unboxing video isn't optional — it's how the issue gets verified and your replacement or refund moves fast, with no back-and-forth. So record it before you open the package; it takes a few seconds and it's the one thing that lets us resolve a claim. Without it, we may not be able to process the request.
Once we've verified the issue, we'll resolve it with either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate, subject to review and approval by our team. We'll confirm the resolution with you before processing it.
Lost in transit
If your order is marked as lost by the courier, you'll receive a refund once the shipping status confirms the loss.
A note on colour
Our designs are printed using a process that blends colours from inks. Because screens and fabric don't always display colour identically, there may be a slight difference between what you see online and the finished piece. This is normal for printed apparel and is part of how the process works.
Change of mind or wrong size
Because every piece is made to order, we're unable to offer a replacement or refund for items that arrived as described and aren't defective — including a change of mind or a wrong size ordered. We don't offer exchanges; if you'd like a different size or design, you're welcome to place a new order.
So please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — it's the best way to get the right fit first time. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us before you order and we'll help you pick.
